WATERCRESS DRESSING

INGREDIENT: PER PERSON OR PER RECIPE

FOR SASHIMI
Watercress stalk 35 gr
Sea salt 8 gr
Black pepper ½ tsp
Rice vinegar 4 tbsp
Grapeseed oil 2 tbsp

METHOD OF WORKING:


• Coarsely chop the watercress stalks
• Put all the ingredient in a food processor and process until everything is well blended.
