INGREDIENT:
50 Gram Hazelnuts
8 tablesp Sesame seeds
4 Tablesp Coriander seeds
3 Tablesp Cumin seeds
1 Teasp Salt
1 Teasp Fresh ground black pepper
METHOD OF WORKING:
Roasted the hazelnuts and the sesame seeds golden brown. Heat up a pan and roasted in the pan the cumin seeds and the coriander seeds.
Then crush the hazelnuts in the pestle & mortel to the size that you like. Crush the coriander and the cumin separately.
Mix all together. Don’t make the mix to fine.
