CHERMOULA

INGREDIENT:
45 Gram Cumin seeds roasted and grounded
15 Gram Coriander seeds roasted and grounded
15 Gram Sweet paprika
15 Gram Ground ginger
2 Glove Garlic
2 Piece Green chilli without seed
2 Piece Lemon (only the juice)
100 Ml Olive oil
½ Teasp Ground black pepper
½ Teasp Salt
250 Gram Crushed tomatoes (Option for Tomato Chermoula)
METHOD OF WORKING:
Mix all ingredients in the food processor until and fine paste.
Store in a weck jar.
Shelve life one week.
